I decided to write this little pocket guide, “You Deserve To Be Happy” as a companion piece to my last book, “Anxiety Sucks: Ten Ways Human Beings Make Themselves Miserable.”
This pocket guide is more about what to do to quiet the anxious mind and move into a happier state of being. By no means is it meant to be an intensive study of quietening the mind. Rather, it is a “tickler” guide, a series of “Happiness Distinctions,” written in short chapters designed to give you daily footholds to remember the purpose of life, which is happiness and satisfaction.
