"Nasty Mountain" is both a fairy tale for older children and an allegory for adults. It is a tale of adventure, action, courage and learning how to work together in a world of suspicion, fear, hatred and prejudice that has ruled for many years, if not centuries. It is a story of love and friendship emerging in spite of the presence of distrust and tribal isolation.
